- PCard Statements and Travel Expenses will still be processed in Concur. Concur is currently transitioning to a new version - Concur Cloud for Public Sector.
- There will be a period where both U.S. Bank and Citibank cards are active. Citibank cards will be closed Thursday, December 4th.

Picking Up Your U.S. Bank Card
If you did not pick up your U.S. Bank Card during the prior distribution times, we will be reaching out to you separately for instructions on how to receive your U.S. Bank Card. Please note that we are no longer available for in-person pick up.
Activating Your U.S. Bank Card
Activate Your TWU U.S. Bank Card
We recommend activating online. If activating by phone, you will need an Activation Code. Your Activation Code is:
- The last 4 digits of your Person Number
- Find your Person Number in Oracle Cloud: Me, then My Activity Center
- If your Person Number is less than 4 digits, add 0’s at the start. For example, Person Number of ‘123’ Activation Code would be ‘0123’
- If your Person Number is more than 5 digits, only use the last 4 digits. For example, Person Number of '12345' Activation Code would be '2345'
