TWU PCard
The TWU PCard is to be used for official TWU business expenses only. There are two types of TWU PCards:
- Individual PCards are issued to full-time TWU Employees and the Employee's name is printed on the PCard. Individual PCards may only be used by the Employee issued the PCard.
- Department PCards are issued to a TWU Department and the Department's name is printed on the PCard. Authorized Users may use the PCard.
What does a TWU PCard look like?
- A Black U.S. Bank Card
- Says “PURCHASING” on the front
- The State of Texas Seal is on the front
- The TWU Employee's Name or Department Name and all card information is on the back of the Card
TWU PCard Credit Limit
TWU PCards have the following credit limits:
- Monthly Limit: $15,000
- Single Purchase Limit: $3,500
Monthly Credit Limits are from the 4th of the month to the 3rd of the next month.
Exceptions to these limits may apply at the discretion of Financial Services.
