A native of Buffalo, New York, Jackson moved to Texas in 2015 bringing with her more than 20 years of food service. Prior to her position at TWU, she was the Director of Concessions at the American Airlines Center in Dallas. She previously served as the General Manager of Dining Services at SUNY New Paltz College in New Paltz, New York, Albany College of Pharmacy in Albany, New York, and Ramapo College in Ramapo New Jersey. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, working out and playing basketball. Jackson attended St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York where she majored in Business Management.

Boger attended culinary school at the Art Institute of Dallas. He has a degree is culinary arts as well as restaurant and catering management. He has worked as a chef in a variety of venues across Dallas from specialty markets to hotels and most recently in healthcare.

Bass has been with Chartwells since 2015. She previously served as assistant director of dining services at Southern Methodist University and earned a bachelor of arts in Culinary Management from the Art Institute of Dallas. 

Roland, William

William Roland

Director of Marketing
 

Roland graduated from Sulphur Springs High School in 2012 and eventually transferred to Midwestern State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in 2017 and Management in 2018. While attending Midwestern State University, Roland began working as a Marketing Ambassador for Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services.

Broumley is from Stephenville and attended culinary school at The Art Institute of Dallas where he earned a bachelor's degree in culinary management. He previously worked for Morrison Community Living both in Dallas and Georgetown. 

Pam McElhinney

Pamela McElhinney

Director of Catering
 

McElhinney is a native Texan with a degree in political science from Southern Methodist University. Her background is in event planning and fine catering. 

Aaron Austin

Austin previously served as Executive Chef of Vintage Grill and Car Museum in Weatherford, Varsity Tavern in Fort Worth, Terra Verde Golf Club in Arlington, and several other restaurants in the DFW area. 

Rhonda Hawthorne

Hawthorne has served in a variety of roles in the food service industry, including server, manager, stand lead and staffing supervisor. She earned an associates degree from Mountain View College in Dallas.
