New Curriculum & Catalog Support Ticketing System
The Division of Curriculum, Catalogs, & Academic Communications has implemented a new ticketing system in response to an increase in support requests. Please submit all future curricular and catalog inquiries and support requests via this new tool to help us better assist you! You can also always schedule a Zoom meeting at a convenient time via our support page for assistance with entering information into the CIM and CAT systems.
New CL 10 Dashboard
We have just launched a new CL 10 Dashboard that centralizes all catalog pages (CAT) and curricular proposals (CIM) for those assigned with editing and approving the many pages and proposals moving through the system. Please watch this short video on the new CL 10 Dashboard for details!
Opening Catalog Edit Cycle Early
On February 17, CSI will push non-degree-related catalog pages into the CAT System workflow for review and approval to allow components additional time to update their catalog information! These catalog page updates will be due on March 31.
Don't Forget... Submit Your Curriculum Changes ASAP!
We are gearing up for next year's catalog update cycle at TWU and would like to remind faculty to submit any remaining curricular changes as soon as possible to ensure proposals have enough time to be reviewed and approved. Please remember that we do not set general proposal submission deadlines, as each proposal's approval workflow may be unique, impacting its full approval timeline. Depending on several factors, proposals may require additional approvals from internal TWU committees and external agencies. All those in the workflow must approve a proposal before any changes take effect, and any committees in the workflow must receive a proposal before their noted review deadlines on their respective web pages. Approved course and program proposal information automatically updates in their respective catalog pages.
All curricular proposals must complete their full approval workflow by May 15 for inclusion in the 2025-26 Catalog publication on June 2.

CL 10 Upgrade Complete!
We have completed the upgrade to CL 10! Editors and approvers in the Catalog (CAT) and Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM systems can watch this short video to learn more about the new interface.
