LeaderShape Institute
Applications for participants will be open through February 28
The LeaderShape Institute is a week-long intensive leadership training program. The institute is an intensive experience that focuses on community, inclusive leadership, vision and integrity to help you explore what you want to do and who you want to be. Students are formed into family clusters that serve as formal support groups for participants during the week and a cluster facilitator serves as a resource, catalyst and coach.

LeaderShape was an amazing experience, and one of the many things that I learned was the importance of knowing your vision completely and running after it. Having activities that let us dive deeper in our thoughts and focusing on the big picture gave us the mindset that we can start our personal vision tomorrow. Another thing I learned was always surround yourself with positive people.
