Pioneers Serve – Civic Engagement Opportunities

April Service Project – Zooniverse

The Zooniverse is the world’s largest and most popular platform for people-powered research. Volunteer virtually and assist professional researchers. The goal is to enable research that would not be possible, or practical, otherwise. Spend as much or as little time as you’d like on a project that interests you such as identifying endangered animals, classifying galaxy systems, or transcribing Shakespearean manuscripts. Instructions will be provided in the email sent upon sign up.

Donate to a Food Pantry

Do you have extra pantry items or boxed food? You can donate them to your local food pantry. Find a food pantry near you using the map provided in the instruction email sent upon sign up.
