It enables TWU to assess space utilization, model “what-if” scenarios (such as building closures or schedule changes), and generate reports that support strategic decision-making. This capability helps the university maximize the use of existing facilities and avoid unnecessary construction, while also strengthening the case for renovations or new projects when justified by data.

25Live is a comprehensive, web-based scheduling and event management platform designed for colleges and universities. It allows users to search for and reserve rooms, schedule courses and events, manage resources, communicate with service providers, and publish events to campus calendars—all from a single, intuitive interface.

Faculty, staff, and students with institutional credentials (such as a university login) can access 25Live. Some locations or resources may have restricted access; contact the controlling unit if you have issues.

Log in through your institution’s 25Live portal using your official credentials. If you’re new, allow up to two business days for account verification.

Use the search tools in 25Live to find available locations/resources, then submit a request through the event form. Requests may require approval before confirmation.

Approvers see pending requests in their “Tasks” list. Open the event, assign or deny the location/resource, update the event state, and send a confirmation. Denied requests remain tentative.

Set individual occurrence times via the event form or by inline editing. More details are available in the event occurrence documentation.

Events cannot be deleted but can be canceled. Change the Event State to “Cancelled” to release associated locations/resources; a confirmation email will be sent.

Most requests require approval before appearing on public calendars. Do not submit duplicate requests.

If you have permissions, access reports via the 25Live “More” menu under “Go to Tool.” Reports open in a new PDF window; enable pop-ups for best results.

Pop-ups may be blocked or the report may be large. Try emailing the report to yourself for large files.

Yes, use the “Customize Dashboard” wheel to rearrange or remove dashboard elements.
