Outcomes

The TWU–Houston Graduate Program in Nutrition and Dietetics will evaluate program effectiveness through measures related to program completion, graduate employment, credentialing-examination performance, graduate preparedness and leadership or service.

The first GPND cohort will begin in Fall 2027. GPND-specific outcome data will be published as they become available and will be reviewed regularly as part of the program’s continuous quality improvement process.

Program outcomes data are available upon request.

The GPND builds on the experience of the former TWU–Houston Master’s Dietetic Internship program. The outcomes below reflect graduates of the Houston MS/DI and are not outcomes of the newly established GPND.

  • 100% three-year CDR credentialing-examination pass rate among graduates who tested within one year of their first attempt
  • 97% program completion rate within 150% of the stated program length
  • 100% employment in nutrition and dietetics or a related field within 12 months among graduates seeking employment
  • 100% of graduates took the CDR credentialing examination within 12 months of program completion

Reporting period: 2022-2025
