The TWU–Houston GPND demonstrates strong program outcomes aligned with ACEND accreditation standards. Outcome data are reviewed annually as part of the program’s continuous quality improvement process.

Credentialing & Completion

All outcome data below reflect the most recent three-year aggregate reporting period.

  • 100% RD/RDN exam pass rate (3-year average, graduates who pass within one year of first attempt)
  • 97% program completion within 150% of program length (24 months) 
  • 100% employment in nutrition and dietetics or related fields within 12 months among graduates seeking employment
  • 100% of graduates take the CDR exam within 12 months of program completion

After Graduation (eligibility)

Upon successful completion of the GPND, graduates:

  • Receive a Verification Statement
  • Are eligible to sit for the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) examination
  • Are eligible to apply for licensure in the state of Texas (once they pass the CDR examination)
