Texas Woman’s University associate professor of Multicultural Women's and Gender Studies Danielle Phillips-Cunningham, Ph.D., is the recipient of a 2020 National Women's Studies Association's (NWSA) Sara A. Whaley Book Prize. This year, the NWSA committee selected only two winners out of a nationwide pool of applicants.
TWU to hold drive-thru graduation events in December

This fall, Texas Woman’s University grads will have a graduation experience worthy of a checkered flag. In an effort to overcome safety issues associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the university will hold “drive-thru” graduation ceremonies in December for its 2020 graduates in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and Houston.
