Mission and visions

Mission statement:
The mission of ThriveWing is to cultivate a supportive, student-centered mentoring community that empowers learners in the Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies (BSMDS) and the Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Professional Studies (BAASPS) at TWU. Rooted in thriving pedagogy, ThriveWing connects students through shared academic interests, concentrations and career goals, fostering personal growth, academic success and professional development.

Vision statement:
ThriveWing envisions a dynamic peer mentorship culture where every student feels seen, supported and inspired to reach their full potential. By fostering meaningful and collaborative relationships, the program aims to nurture confident leaders, lifelong learners and thriving graduates who carry forward a spirit of mentorship in their careers and communities.
