"My journey at TWU has meant so much to me. A few years ago, I decided to go back to school while working full-time in healthcare, and I knew it would not be easy. There were definitely moments where balancing work, school, and life felt overwhelming, but I kept going. Finishing my degree showed me that I was capable of more than I sometimes gave myself credit for.

One of the things I appreciated most about the BAAS program was the flexibility. Being able to focus on Professional Studies and choose a minor in Business Administration made the program feel personal to my goals. It helped me connect what I was learning in class to my real experience working in healthcare, especially my interest in administration, operations, and leadership.

My capstone course had the biggest impact on me because it gave me a chance to look back and really see how far I had come. It made me realize this degree was not just about completing assignments or passing classes. It was about putting everything I’ve learned so far into something useful to prepare me for after graduation.

Earning my BAAS helped me get accepted into the MBA program at TWU, which I am currently in. That is something I am really proud of because this degree opened the door to my next chapter. For current and future students, I would say keep going and trust your own timing. Everyone’s path is different, but your hard work can take you further than you think."
