Community college collaborations
Welcome, community college partners!
At TWU, we are proud to serve a vibrant and diverse student population—many of whom begin their academic journey at a community college. In fact, the majority of students in our Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies (BSMDS) and Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Professional Studies (BAASPS) programs are community college transfer students.
We know how important it is to build strong, supportive collaborations with community colleges to university graduation—and we’re excited to partner with you in that mission.
Let’s work together!
The Division of Multidisciplinary Studies is committed to open communication and meaningful collaboration with community colleges across Texas and beyond. Whether you're an advisor, faculty member, or student support staff, we’d love to connect and explore how we can support your students’ transfer and amplify their career goals.
Here are some of the ways we can collaborate:
Information sessions
We can offer flexible options to meet your students where they are:
- 100% online
- Hybrid
- In-person
Classroom visits
- Invite us to speak during class! We’re happy to present our transfer-friendly degree programs and help students see the possibilities ahead.
Custom presentations & events
- Need something specific? Let us know! We’re eager to tailor BSMDS/BAASPS sessions to support your campus community.
Ready to collaborate?
We’d love to hear from you!
