What is Fulbright?

The Fulbright U.S. Student Program provides 1-year, fully funded grants for graduating seniors, recent graduates, graduate students, and young professionals to conduct individually designed research projects, enroll in graduate school, or teach English abroad.

How to apply

  1. Schedule an Advising Meeting with TWU’s Fulbright Program Adviser
  2. Familiarize yourself with Fulbright Application Components
  3. Start your Fulbright Online Application
  4. Schedule recurring meetings to receive feedback on your application from TWU’s Fulbright Program Adviser
  5. Your Adviser will work with you to schedule a Fulbright Campus Committee Interview
  6. Submit your Fulbright Application by the National Deadline

2024-2025 Fulbright Awards application deadlines

  • April 2, 2024 - Fulbright application opens
  • Spring and Summer - Develop your Fulbright application and seek feedback fromTWU’s Fulbright Program Adviser
  • June - TWU’s preferred deadline to start an online application
  • September - TWU’s Fulbright Campus Committee Interviews
  • October 8, 2024 - Fulbright’s National Application Deadline (by 5 pm EST)
