Express Scripts provides prescription drug coverage for all employees who are enrolled on either HealthSelect of Texas or Consumer-directed HealthSelect.  Co-pays for the HealthSelect plan are three-tiered and generally range from $15 to $60 per 30 days supply for the Health Select plan.  If you are covered on the Consumer Directed Health Select plan you pay 20% and the plan pays 80% after the deductible is met.  Please see the Consumer Directed link above for details regarding the deductible.   Prescription drug coverage is effective the same day as medical coverage.  A cost estimate and various other tools such as tools to replace a lost card or locate a network pharmacy are available on the Express Scripts webpage which can be found by clicking on the links below.
