Printing Services

Only contracted suppliers should be utilized for printing services.  The PCard may be used for printing needs less than the single transaction limit.

All printed materials must follow existing brand guidelines. 

Should circumstances arise that call for use of a non-contract supplier, prior written approval from Procurement and Contract Services is required.
