Vendor Hold Process

State law prohibits Texas Woman’s University from making payments to any person, employee or vendor indebted to the State of Texas per Texas Government Code, Section 403.055.

Payments to the person will be held until receiving official notification from the Texas State Comptroller’s Office that the hold has been released.
