Faculty Affairs Design Services supports the division of Academic Affairs by designing graphics for print and digital media such as flyers, posters, signage, brochures and social media images.

Poster Printing - Denton Campus

Our office provides poster printing and foamboard sign production for the Denton campus. Requests must be departmentally funded and submitted with a chart string for IDT payment.

Research poster printing is available for students and faculty. Poster printing must be departmentally funded and submitted with a chart string for IDT payment.

For group poster events (ie. Creative Arts & Research Symposium, NCUR, or classes), select the group-funded event in the form and a chart string will not be required for submission.

Download a PowerPoint Template

Templates will open in Google Slides. Click Make a Copy button to open the file.
To use PowerPoint instead, choose File >Download > Powerpoint

Sizes are listed as Width x Height

Measurements are in inches, Width x Height
If not using one of these templates above, please be sure your dimensions are the size you'd like printed by setting your slide size in PowerPoint. Posters printed through campus services MUST be using the current TWU brand. It is recommended to use the templates provided above.
Remember, copyright law and guidelines will be observed.

Submitting Your Request

Printing Request Details

Submit print request within 1 week of desired pick up date. The Account number must also be provided for the print charge. (Some class or large events have specific deadlines. ie. April's Creative Arts & Research Symposium event requires 2 weeks).
Only large format posters and signage printing is available. For flyers, promotional materials, etc., Academic Affairs units can submit a design request and we will provide print ready artwork for you to submit to your print vendor. Preferred print vendors can be found on the Special Procurements website. Guidelines and other information can be found on the Marketing and Communications website.

Payment Information

Posters are paid via IDT (Interdepartmental Transfers) and must be included in the request form. Your department must agree to cover the cost of the printing and provide a chart string to bill.

We cannot accept payment from a "10" (state) chart strings. Grant Accounts managed by ORSP must be accompanied by Grant IDT Invoice to submit to Office of Research and Sponsored Programs.
