In 2022, the Center for Student Leadership chartered Toast with Confidence, a student chapter of Toastmasters, International. Toastmasters is an organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills. All Toastmasters members can select a learning pathway where they can have access to online learning modules. Modules include topics such as Understanding Your Leadership Style, Understanding Your Communication Style, Effective Body Language, and Understanding Vocal Variety. Students can select from pathways including:

Dynamic Leadership
Leadership Development
Motivational Strategies
Presentation Strategies
Visionary Communications
