The Office of STEM Collaborations and Initiatives advances excellence in STEM education and research through centralized leadership, coordination, and support services, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that transcends traditional college, department, and division boundaries. Our office is committed to supporting the development of a future-ready workforce, promoting inclusion within STEM fields, and contributing to the overall growth and innovation of our community.

Coordination and Collaboration: Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and resource-sharing among colleges, departments, divisions, and programs, enhancing research, teaching, and outreach initiatives across TWU.
Strategic Planning and Resource Allocation: Develop strategic plans to identify strengths and areas for growth, ensuring effective resource allocation to support STEM faculty, students, and infrastructure.
Support for Faculty Development: Provide resources and opportunities for faculty development—including funding, workshops, and networking—to enhance teaching and research effectiveness.
External Partnerships and Outreach: Build partnerships with industry, government, and non-profits to translate STEM research into real-world impact and address societal challenges.
