Cook-Off, Bake-Off, and Basket Auction

The Cook-Off, Bake-Off, & Basket Auction has always been the big event of the TWU State Employee Charitable Campaign. This year, we will bring back last year's overhaul of the event to continue to improve the experience to those in attendance. We will have the expand the food entries. This general picnic theme will allow there to be more food options and easier for more people to submit. Don't worry, chili is still able to be submitted as part of the chili/soup/stew category! Event Timeline
Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025
- 11:30am: Doors open
- 12:15pm: People's Choice voting closes
- 12:30pm: Live Auction & Award Ceremony
- 12:45pm: Silent Auction Closes
- 1:00pm: Event Conclusion & Check-Out

Admission
This event is open to TWU Faculty & Staff. General admission is $5 per person. Entrance fee is taken upon arrival at the event.
