SPRING 2024 - STEM Research at TWU – A Day on the Denton Campus
Dallas College, North Central Texas College and Tarrant County College students are invited to Texas Woman’s University and join TWU faculty, staff and students in spring 2024 for STEM Research at TWU – A Day on the Denton Campus, a day filled with STEM research lab tours, faculty research presentations and discussion sessions where STEM opportunities will be presented and questions answered.
- Lunch and transportation will be provided.
- Space is limited as we want this to be a truly personal experience. The first 35 students from each community college who complete the application will be invited to attend the spring event.
Applications open on December 1, 2023. Applications completed prior to December 1 will not be reviewed.

SUMMER 2024 – Micro-Internships at TWU
Only those participating in the spring event will be eligible to apply for a position in the TWU FUE2L Micro-Internship Program on the Denton campus, June 3-14, 2024. Each micro-internship is a two-week paid position ($1,200) with housing and meals provided. You will work directly with a TWU faculty member in their lab and gain valuable insight and experience. The application link will be available after March 15, 2024.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Each micro-intern will be eligible for a $1,000 scholarship if they attend TWU.
