Our alumni
TWU and UNT are both very unique, and learning in both types of classrooms made me a well-developed professional. As a woman in a male-dominated field, TWU gave me the strength and leadership skills to be confident in any professional setting, while UNT gave me the technical skills necessary to contribute to my profession in meaningful ways.
Program highlights: My dual degree really helps me stand out. It shows employers how well I manage my time and my eagerness to learn in different environments.
The opportunity to fully immerse myself into two different campus communities and two different STEM fields was extremely beneficial, and the support I received from faculty and staff was outstanding. They guided me on my educational path, and then set me up for long-term success in both my career and my personal life.
Program highlights: Through each of my internships, I was able to test the waters and gain practical experience, which increased my chances of getting a job after graduation.
