Graduation Party Celebrations

Step 1.
Cut out the topper around the outline.

Step 2.
Flip over the topper logo side down. Grab a toothpick and a small piece of tape.

Step 3.
Place toothpick in the middle of the topper and apply tape over toothpick securing it to the topper.

Step 4.
Place the toothpick in the cupcake and enjoy!

Step 1.
Cut out the outline of the liner.

Step 2. 
Cut out the small slit with either the end of your scissors or a blade knife.

Step 3.
Fold the liner and match up the slit with the tab. Thread the tab through the slip to secure the liner.

Step 4.
Place around your cupcake and enjoy!
