ID Services

Welcome

The TWU Pioneer ID Card is more than just your official school identification. It can pay for meals at TWU retail food locations or the Dining Hall. It can get you into buildings and rooms. It's your check in at the Fit and Rec center. Your TWU Pioneer ID Card will let you check out gaming equipment or reserve a study room in the Student Union.

At ID Services, we not only provide you with your TWU Pioneer ID card, we also manage many of the systems behind making it work. We are who you come to if your card is lost, stolen, or damaged. Included in these web pages are Frequently Asked Questions, common processes, and access to our ticketing system if you have issues or requests. You can also find where to visit us, in person, on any of the 3 campuses.

Lost Your ID?

If you lose your ID card, you can visit the ID Services office to get a replacement. There will be a $25 fee for the new card. You can pay with cash, card, or have it charged to your TWU account (this option is only available to students). We do not accept Apple Pay. Make sure you have your TWU ID number on hand so our staff can find your account!

There is also an option in the GET app to mark your card as lost, which deactivates it. If you find your card, stop by our office and we can reactivate it for you.

Please note, if you find your old card after purchasing a replacement, we cannot issue a refund or reactivate the old card.
