Check-in Information
Homecoming check-in will be in one centralized location at the Student Union at Hubbard Hall. Pick up your name tag and a bag of TWU goodies before heading to your chosen events.
Main check-in hours are:
- Thursday, April 16: 5:30 - 8:00 p.m.
- Friday, April 17: 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday, April 18: 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

The awards ceremony includes lunch. Pre-registration is required. Business attire is recommended. |

Join Texas Woman’s University as we mark 125 years of excellence, innovation, and impact! This casual convening on Hubbard Lawn brings a moment of reflection and celebration. Enjoy TWU’s Birthday Party complete with 125th Anniversary cupcakes and Pioneer ice cream. There will be brief remarks by TWU Leadership and the joyful tunes of TWU Mariachi. |

Begins at the Welcome Center at Brackenridge Hall |
Motorized and walking tours will be available for alumni. Tour the beautiful Denton campus and see the familiar, the famous, the traditional and the brand new, including the recently opened Health Sciences Center and the Welcome Center at Brackenridge Hall. |

| TWU 125th Birthday Hop | 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. | Begins at East Side (117 E. Oak Street) in Downtown Denton | Conclude the evening with a night out in Denton! Grab your friends and join fellow TWU alumni for a self-paced “hop” through some of downtown’s favorite spots. Whether you’re local or returning after years away, this event is all about celebrating TWU’s legacy and making new memories together. |

| Alumni Welcome Lunch | 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. | Dining Hall | All alumni are invited to the Spirit of ’76 lunch in the student dining hall located at 1610 N. Bell Avenue. The lunch is hosted by the Class of 1976, this year’s 50-year reunion class, and they have fun things planned for you. Enjoy a variety of tasty food options and a friendly atmosphere where alumni can reunite or meet for the first time. A professional photo area will be available along with a friendship bracelet-making station. |

Chancellor Feyten will be on hand to greet alumni and present remarks with campus updates. Savor delicious refreshments with your tea. |
| Class of 1976 Photo | 4:30 – 5:00 p.m. | Steps of Hubbard Hall | Calling all members of the Golden Class of 1976! Gather on the steps of Hubbard Hall for a special group photo to celebrate 50 years of Pioneer pride and friendship. Don’t miss this chance to capture a milestone moment with your classmates. |

Classes of 1956, 1966, 1986, 1996, 2001, 2006 and 2016 The ten-year classes (and the Class of 2001) will gather for their individual class photos following the 50-year class. Volunteers will be on hand to help classmates find each other and gather on the Hubbard Hall steps in chronological order starting with 1956. |
| 1976 Golden Class Reunion Mixer | 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. | Student Union at Hubbard Hall - 2nd Floor Pre-Function Space | Members of the 50-Year Class of 1976 will gather for a private event outside of the Southwest Ballroom. You’ll enjoy music, toasts and treats. |
| All-Class Reunion Dinner | 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. | The Student Union at Hubbard Hall - Southwest Ballroom | Alumni from all classes will convene in the Southwest Ballroom for an evening of merriment and memories. A buffet dinner will be provided. Gather for photos with friends and former classmates and sing your favorite university and class songs. Casual attire recommended. |
| All-Class Reunion After Party | 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. | The Student Union at Hubbard Hall - Southwest Ballroom | Attendees will be treated to the sounds of Ice House, a ten-piece, high-energy band that will bring you to the dance floor. They’re also fun to watch! Casual attire recommended. |
