Schedule and Registration
When and where is Homecoming?
Homecoming is April 16-18, 2025, on the TWU Denton campus.
What do I need to know about the 2025 Homecoming schedule?
Homecoming kicks off on Thursday evening, April 16, with Pioneer Palooza – a student-centered event with alumni participation. However, most of the alumni activities and events occur on Friday and Saturday.
The Friday schedule includes the Alumni Achievement Awards Luncheon and the campus-wide celebration of TWU's 125th anniversary. Tours and other self-guided events are also available.
Saturday consists of special alumni gatherings throughout the day and class reunions in the evening.
Where do I find a full listing of events?

Do I need to register?
We strongly encourage advance registration. Some events, like the Alumni Achievement Awards Luncheon, require pre-registration and ticket purchase.
We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins for other Homecoming activities. However, to make certain you have a seat and to help us ensure adequate space and refreshments, please register today.
How do I register?
Registration is open! Complete the registration form available on this website. You will receive a confirmation email after completing the online form.
Hotels Accommodations, Transportation and Parking
How do I find a hotel?

Where do I park, and is there a shuttle?
There will be parking lots designated for Homecoming visitors to be announced at a later date. Shuttles will transport you from your car to campus events. In case of rain, a tent will be available at the parking lot to keep you dry while waiting for the shuttle. More specific information to be added as it becomes available.

General
What if there is inclement weather?
The majority of Homecoming events are indoors. In the case of inclement weather, all outdoor events will be moved indoors to the Student Union at Hubbard Hall. Visit the Schedule of Events page for more details about each event's new rain location.
What should I wear?
The attire for most Homecoming events is casual. Recommended attire for the Alumni Achievement Awards Dinner on Friday evening is business.
Can I bring my pet to Homecoming?
Pets and animals are generally not permitted in TWU buildings. Service animals, service animals in training, and assistance animals are welcome. For more on these university policies, visit the TWU Animals on Campus webpage.
