Breana Young Robertson
Breana Robertson (she/her) is a performer, choreographer and educator based in Denton. She holds a BA in dance from Texas Tech University and is currently an MFA student in dance at Texas Woman’s University. Her choreographic and pedagogical research interests engage with improvisation, personal narrative and devised theatre.
Robertson has performed in student and faculty works and with Flatlands Dance Theatre. She has performed in works by Genevive Durham-DeCesero, Ali Duffy, Kyla Olson, Nicole Wesley, Luc Vanier and Sarah Gamblin. She also performed in musical theatre productions such as CATS, Grease and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers with Lubbock Moonlight Musicals while choreographing children’s musicals such as Matilda and Legally Blonde Jr with Lubbock Community Theatre.
