Submit your Curriculum Proposals ASAP

Please note that we do not set general proposal submission deadlines, as each proposal's approval workflow may be unique and can affect its full approval timeline. Depending on several factors, proposals may require additional approvals from internal TWU committees and external agencies. All those in the workflow must approve a proposal before any changes take effect, and any committees in the workflow must receive a proposal before their noted review deadlines on their respective web pages. Approved course and program proposal information automatically updates in its respective catalog pages for the next publication. We encourage components to submit course and program proposals ASAP to ensure adequate time to complete the required approval steps in our Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM) system. All proposals must complete their full CIM approval workflow by May 15 to be included in the next year's Catalog publication on June 1.

Our new CL 10 CIM/CAT Dashboard is now fully integrated and online! This Dashboard centralizes all catalog pages editors are responsible for and any course/program proposals you submit under your "Items" tab so that you can easily keep track of them. If you are responsible for reviewing/approving proposals, the dashboard also centralizes all proposals and catalog pages from all roles you are assigned to, which are ready for your approval under your "Workflow" tab.
