Center for Women in Government
A program of the Jane Nelson Institute for Women’s Leadership
Educate. Empower. Engage.
The nonpartisan Center for Women in Government (CWG) supports women living in Texas who desire to lead and serve in government and/or public policy role(s).
The CWG works to increase the number of women who are active in the political systems of Texas through education, empowerment and engagement.
We offer:
- Educational programs
- Leadership development opportunities
- Training workshops
We welcome participation in our programs by anyone, and affiliation with Texas Woman’s University is not a requirement to participate in CWG programming.
