CGN announces International Nursing Education Journal Club
The Center for Global Nursing at Texas Woman's University, in partnership with Fulbright Egypt, has developed an International Nursing Education Journal Club.
During journal club meetings research articles will be presented followed by review and discussion with attendees. Topics will be determined by membership and through collaboration. Presenters will be from universities and institutions.
Goals of the journal club are to:
- Engage educators, researchers and doctoral students in reviewing academic nursing articles
- Introduce participants to innovations in nursing education
- Stimulate research ideas and collaboration
- Encourage cross-cultural exchange
The first journal club event takes place Wednesday, Oct. 12 at 10 a.m. CST or 5 p.m. EEST.
