Pioneer Proud is Back!

Pioneer Proud is a cherished tradition at Texas Woman’s University, celebrating staff members who go above and beyond their regular responsibilities. It’s an opportunity for the TWU community to recognize and honor those who make an extraordinary impact—whether by helping a student, professor, fellow staff member, or friend of the university or by achieving something remarkable in their own right.

ASSET wants you all to feel appreciated and acknowledged, but sometimes, we don’t get the time to tell the staff around us just how awesome they are because life gets in the way.  

We will collect these acknowledgments throughout the year, and at the end of every semester, in Spring, Summer, and Fall, we will send out the Pioneer Proud cards with your words on the back of the card via interoffice mail.  Please click on the link to the form to get more details about Pioneer Proud.

PIONEER PROUD FORM

All staff members being acknowledged will receive a Pioneer Proud "Thank You" or "Congrats" card with your comments noted and may choose a gift at the ceremony held in the spring. Each campus holds a separate ceremony.

This "Thank you" or "Congrats" is only for STAFF. Student Assistants are not eligible for Pioneer Proud.

Submissions of a group will not be distributed; please thank or congratulate individuals only.

Pioneer Proud recognizes all staff members, including directors, Chartwells staff, and the Campus Bookstore staff.

Deadlines

Deadlines are as follows:

Spring 2025 – May 26, 2025 (Monday)

Summer 2025 – August 25, 2025 (Monday)

Fall 2026 – January 12, 2026 (Monday)
