Fall 2025 Advising Availability
Advising appointments open September 29th. Continue to check your TWU email for an appointment link.
How to schedule:
- Open the OnceHub link in your TWU email
- Choose Virtual or In-Person
- Select a time
- Enter your name, ID#, TWU email, and major
Can’t find your ideal time? No stress — New slots open two weeks ahead of their dates. Keep checking for new availability! Appointments = 30 mins.
More than 10 min late? You’ll need to reschedule.
Drop-Ins
Please know drop-ins are designed for quick questions and inquiries such as:
- How can I declare a minor?
- Information about BSN program eligibility (GPA, TEAS exam, prerequisite courses)
- Questions about timeline for the BSN program

We are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, excluding lunch from 12-1 PM.
Virtual appointments are also available Monday - Thursday from 5 - 7 PM.

Registration dates:
- Priority: Oct. 28
- Seniors (90+ hrs): Oct. 30
- Juniors (60-89 hrs): Nov. 4
- Sophomores (30-59 hrs): Nov. 11
- Freshman (0-29 hrs): Nov. 18
