The Five Pillars of Wellbeing

Wellbeing is multidimensional. Students thrive when they have the skills, relationships, and environments that support both personal growth and academic success.

The Health & Wellbeing Initiative organizes its work around five interconnected pillars of wellbeing. Together, these pillars help students build habits, relationships, and skills that support success during college and throughout their lives.

Each pillar represents a dimension of wellbeing that contributes to resilience, belonging, and lifelong health.
