Peer Wellness Ambassadors

Peer Wellness Ambassadors (PWAs) are trained student leaders who support the wellbeing of the Texas Woman’s University community through peer education, coaching, and community engagement.

As part of the Health & Wellbeing Initiative, PWAs help students explore the Five Pillars of Wellbeing by facilitating programs, leading discussions, and connecting peers to campus resources.

This peer-to-peer approach creates a welcoming environment where students can learn practical skills, build connections, and support one another in navigating the college experience.
