Jinger L. Heath, CEO and co-founder of BeautiControl Cosmetics, built her company into a multi-million dollar international direct-sales company based on the premise that women can believe in themselves. BeautiControl Cosmetics is based in Dallas and specializes in total beauty and wellness services.

Traveling extensively, Ms. Heath encourages, trains and inspires women to improve their lives and the lives of others. She has empowered more than 70,000 independent consultants throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and the Asia Pacific to make positive choices, live their dreams and achieve a life of fulfillment. Heath’s fundamental belief is helping the total woman through a customized approach to beauty and wellness, inside and out.

In 1993, Ms. Heath established the WHO (Women Helping Others) Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to health and education issues, and serves as chairman. Since 1998, she has written two books, which serve as positive thinking guides for women. The first book, Positively You!, guides readers through mastering the power of positive thinking and letting go of the negative forces holding them back from realizing their dreams. The Positively You! Discovery Journal, Heath’s second book, leads readers on an interactive journey of self-discovery and positive action through journaling.
