Ashley Anthony, BSN, RN, RHCEOC
Ashley Anthony has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Mainline Health Systems, Inc. (MHSI) since 2021. Prior to joining MHSI, Anthony served as the Chief Executive Officer of Delta Memorial Hospital, a critical access hospital in SE Arkansas.
She has a clinical background and has extensive experience in healthcare quality, risk management and compliance. She has a passion for ensuring all patients in rural communities have access to the highest quality healthcare services possible. Anthony works collaboratively with local, state and federal partners, and has successfully managed multiple HRSA and other grant opportunities to address rural healthcare needs.
Anthony is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

I will share the pivotal moments that have shaped my career and reflect on valuable lessons along the way. My hope is to inspire others, particularly women, by showcasing the impact a dedicated leader can have on rural healthcare.
