Post Doctoral Researchers

A postdoc position is available for individuals who have received a doctoral degree (or equivalent) and are engaged in a temporary and defined period of mentored advanced training. For paid post-doc positions, the University generally bases the payscale on the amounts established by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) per NOT-OD-26-044.  The rates below reflect the amount paid for a 1.0 FTE post-doc position for 12 months based on years of experience since receiving the doctorate and can be used as a guide when establishing the pay rate for a post-doc fellowship.
