TWU’s System Board of Regents on Aug. 14 approved a proposal to establish a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, with an eye toward beginning classes in fall 2027.

Issy Martinez, a TWU alumna, has unveiled her first mural since graduation in her Dallas neighborhood, Oak Cliff. The project was coordinated by studio art professor Giovanni Valderas with the hope of launching a new mural district.
