Profile
Dr. Hyde has applied her valuable experience in various human resources management (HRM) roles in the manufacturing, non-profit and higher education industries in teaching HR courses at TWU since 2005. She has managed recruitment and selection, legal compliance, onboarding, safety, benefits, employee relations and has taught many of our HRM courses including HRM, legal issues in HRM, management of compensation, and employee training and development.
She completed her PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2021. As a member of the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Work and Family Researchers Network, she has an active research agenda. Her research interests include employee wellness outcomes resulting from the management of various work and life roles and diversity at work including neurodiversity and gender issues. Dr. Hyde is a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and supports our student chapter of SHRM at TWU as one of the faculty advisors.
