Profile

Sammie L. Robinson, PhD holds a visiting appointment teaching Human Resource Management. Before retiring in 2019, she held faculty positions at the undergraduate level and in graduate programs in the United States and internationally. She has transitioned her 20-plus years of experience in academia to a portfolio of consulting, coaching and project engagements as a subject matter expert in several knowledge areas of organizational management and human behavior. Dr. Robinson is an experienced executive/professional coach and Education expert who specializes in supporting leaders, executives, professionals and students that are seeking exponential professional and personal growth, career competency and confidence building strategies.

As a published researcher, Dr. Robinson is a skilled interviewer in both individual and focus group settings. Her expertise was gained through dissertation research and participation as principal co-investigator for funded research projects, one of which produced a groundbreaking study of African American Women Entrepreneurs (AAWE).
