Profile

Marla L. White is an emerging scholar in Management in the College of Business at the University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to pursuing her Ph.D., she worked for several Fortune 500 companies within the semiconductor industry. During her time in corporate America, she held a variety of positions including roles in engineering, finance, accounting, operations and human resources. Marla’s career afforded her opportunities to progress through the leadership ranks where she was responsible for both domestic and international operations. Her experiences are instrumental in informing her research interests in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
