Profile

Prior to joining the faculty of TWU's College of Business, Kerry Webb, PhD, was the associate dean of the graduate school at TWU. Formerly, Dr. Webb was the director of Doctoral Studies in Leadership at Dallas Baptist University, where he also served as a dean and as the director of Graduate Programs.

Prior to joining academia, Dr. Webb served as chief of operations for several organizations. Previously, he also attained honors as the top national salesperson for two consecutive years in a management training organization.

Dr. Webb has provided training and consulting for numerous companies including the Zig Ziglar Company, Bell Helicopter, Vought Aircraft, USAA Insurance, Amoco Credit Union, IDC Engineering, Paradigm Engineering, Marlin Fork Lifts, Eastman Kodak, Big D Architectural Metalworks and others.

Dr. Webb’s forte’ is helping business owners create a solid business strategy and a financial plan for significant growth, and then providing business coaching for sustained growth and profitability. Dr. Webb is energized by helping others learn, grow, and develop their skills to the fullest.
