Smoking is Illegal in Texas for Anyone Under 21

SMOKING IS ILLEGAL IN TEXAS FOR ANYONE UNDER 21 (unless the person is in the military)

You cannot possess, purchase, consume or accept a tobacco product or e-cigarette if you are under 21, unless you are in the military.

You cannot sell, give or cause to be sold a tobacco product or e-cigarette to a person under 21.

These are now criminal offenses punishable in Texas by fine.
