Marcella Clinard, PhD, Associate Director, JNIWL Center for Women in Government

Dr. Marcella Clinard serves as the Associate Director for the Center for Women in Government in the Jane Nelson Institute for Women’s Leadership at Texas Woman’s University (TWU). She earned her doctorate in Multicultural Women’s and Gender Studies from TWU as well as master’s degrees in English and Women’s Studies. Dr. Clinard previously served as a Faculty Development Specialist and the Assistant Director of Diversity & Inclusion at the University of North Texas.
