Caryn Riggs, Assistant City Manager/CFO, City of Bedford

A TWU alum, Caryn serves as Vice President of ZacFinance at ZacTax, bringing extensive municipal finance experience through her previous positions as Assistant City Manager at the City of Bedford, Chief Financial Officer at the City of Grand Prairie and Director of Financial Services for the Town of Flower Mound. She maintains active community involvement as a member of Denton Benefit League and contributes her financial acumen to municipal governance and public service initiatives throughout the region.
