Dr. Jessica Wright, DrPH is an assistant professor for the TWU MHA Program. Jessica spent more than a decade in leadership roles for healthcare organizations in the Texas Medical Center, in both hospital and ambulatory care organizations. Her research focuses on interprofessional collaboration and patient outcomes with emphasis on quality improvement. Her book, Human Skills: Trust, is an evidence-based workbook for leaders and their teams on the science of how to build, repair, and sustain trust in teams.
