TASFA
The Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA) is a financial aid application for students who are classified as Texas Residents (certain non-immigrant students, including undocumented students) but who cannot apply for federal financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Students who submit a TASFA and supporting documentation by the state priority submission date will receive priority consideration for state and institutional resources at TWU.
Eligibility for assistance is contingent upon the availability of state/institutional funds and may be canceled or reduced in the event funds are no longer available. DACA students may be eligible for work study through the Texas College Work Study Program. Contact the financial aid office for more information.
2026-2027 TASFA
The 2026-2027 TASFA will be used to determine financial aid eligibility for Summer 2026, Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
