Faculty Performance Review System Instructions

The FPR system has four tabs with links in a maroon bar near the top of the page. Review what each tab of the four current tabs are used for:

  1. Create My Review
    • This provides access to the location needed to create periodic or post-tenure review for entering data and uploading documents.
  2. My Review Status
    • This tab shows the current status of review once it has been created.
    • Also shows the ongoing status and location in the system.
    • Use this tab to track where the review stands and who is involved in the process.
  3. My Worklist
    • The tasks only appear in this location when an action is needed for the review to progress.
    • Further progression of a review only occurs if faculty provides acknowledgment in the FPR System.
  4. Completed Reviews
    • This isn't finalized until the Dean's letter has been acknowledged(PPR and Post-Tenure).
    • Promotion is not effective until the Board of Regents approves it.
