Watermark (CV)
What is Watermark?
TWU Watermark Faculty Success helps faculty easily track and showcase their teaching, research, service, and accomplishments. The platform allows quick generation of reports for annual reviews, promotions, and accreditation. In addition, department, college, and university administrators can access this information to support internal planning as well as external reporting needs, including accreditation and program effectiveness.

FAQs
Sedona → Watermark Transition
What happened to all of my data from Sedona?
All faculty data from Sedona has been migrated into Watermark. Log in, review your CV, and check for accuracy. Minor formatting updates may be needed, but you won’t have to start over.
Can I still access Sedona?
No, Sedona is no longer in use. Watermark is now the single system for faculty activity reporting, annual reviews, and promotion and tenure documentation.
Why couldn’t we just keep Sedona?
Sedona required excessive manual entry, didn’t integrate with TWU systems, and had limited reporting. Faculty requested a more modern solution, and Watermark provides stability, integration, and stronger reporting.
Watermark Faculty Success System
How do I log in to Watermark?
Log in through TWU’s Single Sign-On (SSO). The link is available on the Faculty Career webpage on our new Faculty Commons site. No separate username or password is required. You may be prompted to do Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
How often should I update my Watermark profile?
Update regularly—ideally as activities occur. This ensures your record is always current for reviews and promotion.
Will Watermark generate my CV in the format required by TWU?
Yes. Watermark produces CVs and reports in institutionally approved formats. You can also export data for your personal CV.
What if something doesn’t migrate correctly or looks wrong?
You can update data directly in Watermark. For significant issues, please get in touch with the Faculty Commons support team at facultycommons@twu.edu for assistance.
Can I keep my own personal CV?
Yes. Watermark is the system of record for TWU reporting, but you may maintain your own CV for other purposes
Will there be more training?
Yes. In-person and virtual sessions are available. Registration details are posted above.
